At 61 Southwark Street, on London’s South Bank, a 1960s office building was refurbished and extended to provide Grade A office accommodation. The design included a complete re-cladding of the upper floors of the building’s exterior including replacing the current glazing, new ground floor,  5th & 6th floor extensions, and internally a complete modernisation creating a contemporary office environment.
