The aim of this services is to determine the noise levels at the nearest noise sensitive property from an item (or items) of plant. It is an external desktop assessment and part of our Noise Risk Assessment for Planning Services. For RIBA stage 2, BREEAM assessment method POL05 and complies with Standards BS4142.

Noise levels of the plant calculated and compared with criteria
Recommend noise mitigation if required
A report demonstrating compliance for planning purposes
