A 65,000 sq ft office building located on the corner of Bishopsgate Road and Liverpool Street. The lower 4 floor retain the existing façades to two buildings on Bishopsgate Road and Liverpool Street and incorporates an extended floor area through the demolition of a third building. The building is being extended vertically by adding an additional 6 floors that form an elliptical shape. The building is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
