This challenging, complex project in a listed building is centrally located between Oxford Street and Hollen Street in London. The finished scheme combines two Victorian factory buildings to create two duplex and seven single storey, high end, loft-style apartments over 5 levels in the city centre. We were involved throughout all stages of the development, from initial planning stages, to the architectural and mechanical services design advise, right through to commissioning.
